To find Halsin, you need to go through the following steps:
- Goblin Camp Location: Head to the Goblin Camp near the windmill where Barcus Wroot was saved in the Blighted Village.
- Shattered Sanctum Doors: Look for big heavy doors leading to the Shattered Sanctum. You’ll see a big guy arguing with a chicken nearby.
- Entering the Sanctum: As a Drow character, you can easily enter the sanctum. Other races might face more challenges. Freeing Sazza the goblin earlier can help non-Drow characters.
- Inside the Sanctum: Proceed through the Shattered Sanctum until you spot the priestess. Go right, find a rickety wooden bridge, and cross it. Three goblins, a rat, and a door await.
- Discovering Halsin: Enter the door to reach the Worg Pens. If you can talk to animals, the bear on the right will ask for help. That’s Halsin in disguise!
- Rescuing Halsin: Use Illithid or Wisdom options to free Halsin. You can fight the goblins or let them continue torturing him.
- After the Battle: Defeating the goblins transforms Halsin back. He reveals cultists altered your tadpoles and offers to join you to fight Minthara, Dror Ragzlin, and Priestess Gut.
- Important Decision: Recruiting Halsin may lead to a tough battle against all the goblins. Choose wisely
