Fortnite update 3.63 was released today for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. You can get the complete patch notes here.
According to Epic Games, this is a maintenance patch for the game since the launch of the last major update. It is not out yet on the Nintendo Switch but they will update with the status of the Switch patch once it is out. Take a look at what they had to say regarding this update below.

We’ve released a maintenance patch for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Android devices to address stability issues.
Players will need to close their game to grab the update.
We’ll provide an update when this is available on Nintendo Switch.
