Where is it found:
You can find Magby on Firespit Island in Cobalt Coastlands. Well, since it is an oddly Pokemon, you would not find it that easily. The spawn rate of Magby is low so if you don’t find it once, you have to return to Jubilife Village and start over again from Cobalt Coastlands.
How to catch them:
When you see a Magby make sure you have an Oran Berry and immediately use it on Magby to catch it. Chances of catching it are low because it might be surrounded by Magmars and Gravelers which means you first have to put a fight against them and defeat them to reach Magby. Afterward, use Great or Ultra Ball to grab the Pokemon.
