Springy Mushroom Quest
You only need one mushroom in order to complete the quest but there are multiple spawns of the mushroom.
Location Of Mushroom
One of the places you can get springy mushrooms from is Greentree Arena in Obsedian Fieldlands. Once you are there use your map to find mushrooms around that area. Grab three mushrooms scattered around the same arena and head back the way just came from.
Meet Morel
Once you have your Springy Mushrooms you can start Mushroom Cake Marketing side quest by getting a recipe from a guy named Morel.
Choose the fast travel point to find Morel at the top of the mountain and go meet him. Morel will reveal the recipe to make perfect, irresistible, and tasty mushroom cakes. You will use these mushroom cakes as bait to catch Pokemon later on in the game.
Once you have your recipe, go to a Crafting Station and craft mushroom cakes in abundance to lure Pokemon.
