Polishing the furniture will make them shiny and flicker. Currently, the feature is locked and you need to fulfill the requirements to gain its access.
How To Unlock and Polish Furniture In Animal Crossing New Horizons
Here are the steps needed to do it.
- First thing first, download the DLC.
- Tom Nook will call you then.
- Go to the Airport and meet Lottie.
- You will be then asked to design vacation homes.
- Grab your tickets and set out to visit the island.
- Once you have reached your destined Island, start doing your job.
Before you start polishing the furniture, you will be tasked to design 3 to 4 homes. You can start designing your homes after you have met Wardell and Niko. In meanwhile, You will see Lottie all dressed up in attire, polishing the furniture items. Lottie will then you that she admires doing this work. Niko will then explain to you, how to give shine to these home furniture.
How to polish the furniture?
To polish the furniture of the home:
- First, change your clothes. To wear the cleaning attire, press the L button.
- Go to the furniture that you want to polish.
- Stand in front of it and press the A button.
- This will start polishing the furniture item.
- As long as you hold the A button, the more sparkling and shinier the furniture would get.
