Tomb Raider and Rise of Tomb Raider have been updated today on PC. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
Square Enix has updated these games today and removed Denuvo from Shadow of the TR and Rise of the TR, while they have also added DLSS to Rise of the TR. On the other hand, you will now need to login into your Epic Games account when accessing the games. The patch notes for Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider were posted to Steam forums.

We have just released the a PC patch for Tomb Raider, build 829.0. This patch focuses on fixing a number of compatibility issues with specific hardware setups.
This patch will be applied by Steam automatically when you next start the game. If your game does not update, please restart the Steam client.
