The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth has been updated to version 1.7.5 today by Nicalis. You can find out the complete patch notes from here.
This patch adds new localizations to the game but there is also a massive list of new fixes and improvements. They were posted on Steam while you can also have a look at them below. The game was also recently updated on consoles to add new content with Repentance DLC that was already available on PC.
