The Binding of Isaac Rebirth and Afterbirth has been updated to version 1.15 and 1.05 today. Here are the patch notes for this update.
This update has implemented a lot of major changes that were already available in the PC version. The developers are planning to release another patch for The Binding of Isaac on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch. This new patch will bring the console version closer to the state of the PC version.
