The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth Update 1.04 was released today by Nicalis Inc. You can find out the complete patch notes from here.
According to the developer Edmund McMillen, this patch adds the Repentance DLC for all consoles. It was already available on PC since earlier this year. The PC version was also updated with a small patch for the game ahead of the release of the console version of Repentance.

Repentance is a new DLC for the game that introduces over 100 new monsters, 5,000 new room layouts, 130 new items, and other enhancements. There are around 300 gameplay modifications.
