The Ascent has received update 3 today by Neon Giant. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
The patch is available to download now on PC but it should be released for Xbox consoles as well. There are fixes for both the PC and Xbox versions in this update. You can read the full patch notes below, or have a look at them on the Steam forums.
