Stranded Deep has been updated to version 1.11 today by Beam Team Games. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
The developers have acknowledged the various issues that are starting to occur since the game has been updated to add support for co-op. They are continuing to resolve these issues with patches and the latest one is another step in making sure most of the bugs are fixed.
In the most recent update, they have deployed a fix to the game freezing when you save it on the PS4. If you were experiencing this issue, it should be hopefully resolved now.
