Insomniac Games has a tendency to release patch notes on the official support website for the game, but they haven’t disclosed anything on the new update. Since Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered was also another game that received an update recently, we have to assume this might be a minor stability patch or to address the connectivity between the PC version through PSN or PS4 and PS5.

Here are the patch notes for the last couple of updates for Spider-Man Miles Morales. The last major update to the game occurred on the PS5 where VRR support was added to the game along with other visual upgrades.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a sequel and spin-off of Marvel’s Spider-Man (2018). The plot revolves around Miles Morales, whose new home, Harlem, is threatened by a battle between the Roxxon Energy Corporation and a high-tech criminal army commanded by the enigmatic Tinkerer. It is based on the character’s decade-long comic book backstory as well as the 2018 animated feature Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
