Rust update 1.43 was released today for PS4 and Xbox One. You can get the patch notes for the update from here.
According to the developers, this patch doesn’t come with any major additions or new features. It is a part of the monthly wipe for the game while they are planning to launch a large update later. They have no update or timeline to provide for the Oceanbound update which adds a new monument.
The Cargo Ship is the second Rust Console Edition monument to be released. The Cargo Ship spawns every two hours on the server and functions more like a live event. On board, you’ll find a dozen well-prepared blue scientists ready to fight off any intruders who choose to sneak aboard.

Since the majority of the development team is working on Oceanbound, the developer has determined that the wipe this month would not feature a significant update. The minor patch that will be issued on the 28th will be available for download at 11 AM UTC. It will be starting a new skin cycle with the Monthly Wipe, so this is an excellent time to show you the next packs.
