Rust has been updated to version 1.07 today by Facepunch Studios. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
According to the developers, this update will come with a wipe on some specific servers. It was scheduled to go live on October 7, i.e today according to the developers on Twitter. The update is live now and while a comprehensive list of changes is not available as of yet, we do have an initial set of patch notes.
