Rocket League has been updated to version 1.86 on PS4. This update is related to some PS4-related fixes as mentioned in the patch notes.
Psyonix has confirmed that a small patch was released for the game today on PS4. It was related to PS4 and PS4 Pro, however, if we had to guess, it is possible that this is for support of backward compatibility on the PS5. This was recently confirmed to be the case for Sony Bend Studio’s Day Gone.
