Resident Evil 4 Remake 1.04 Update Patch Notes: Exciting Additions and Crucial Fixes

Capcom has released the 1.04 update patch notes for the Resident Evil 4 Remake on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. The update brings both exciting new content and crucial bug fixes to enhance the overall gaming experience.

New Extra Game: The Mercenaries

The highlight of this update is the addition of a new extra game mode called “The Mercenaries.” Players can now test their skills by aiming for the highest score, defeating as many enemies as possible within a set time limit. This mode adds an extra layer of challenge and replayability to the already thrilling Resident Evil 4 Remake.

PlayStation 5 Fixes

For PlayStation 5 users, the update addresses an issue causing flickering lights at the bottom of the screen when certain settings are applied. Additionally, a graphics rendering process has been fixed, which resulted in certain environmental details appearing blurry.

Xbox Series X|S Fixes

Xbox Series X|S players will benefit from a reduced dead zone, making the controller’s sticks more responsive to movement. The update also adjusts graphics rendering processes, resulting in improved game framerates.

General Bug Fixes

For all platforms, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam, the 1.04 update includes various miscellaneous bug fixes to ensure a smoother gameplay experience.
