Outriders has been updated to version 1.15 today by People Can Fly. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
According to the developers, this patch will address an issue with the crossplay support for Windows Store. The game is now available to play on Xbox Game Pass for PC. It also fixes a bug with the Scrap Grenade. You can get the details below, or check out the tweet of the developers.

We are hoping to also update Stadia in the very near future. This update would bring Stadia in line with all other platforms. We are still improving the Stadia crossplay experience so crossplay between Stadia and other platforms will only go live with our November update.
