No Man’s Sky update 3.99 is out for PC and will be released for consoles at a later date. You can get the complete patch notes for the update here.
Currently, these patch notes are only available as part of the experimental branch on PC. There are a number of fixes implemented in these patches so far including bug fixes to some of the major issues that have been reported by the players. These were shared on the Steam forums.
As for the fixes implemented in this patch, some of these include the following. When a player died, an issue that caused sentinels to momentarily suspend network synching was fixed. Internal walls may now be freely placed around a ship, including within automatically formed gateways. Some base sections that were previously restricted to being created exclusively underwater can now be built on land.
