No Man’s Sky update 3.98 was released today for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. You can get the patch notes from here.
During Nexus missions, the messaging at Sentinel Pillars was improved. At freighter bases, several collision risks have been addressed. Missions for the Infestation Nexus now direct players to the correct planet. Fixed a problem that might have led to some Leviathan-specific goals being active after the expedition was over.
