NBA 2K22 has been updated to version 1.013 today by 2K Sports. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
This new patch has been released after a period of silence when the new season started on January 14th. It has a rather small download size however some players are reporting that they have to download a large file in order to install this patch, but such cases are usually rare. The patch itself might be for simple bug fixes that are introduced since the start of the new season.
