MultiVersus update 1.08 is out today for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. You can get the complete patch notes here.
The new update to the game appears to have removed the summertime cosmetics now that the season is officially over. Other than this, there don’t appear to be any major changes to the game itself. You can learn more about this update with the patch notes shared below.

- Removing Summertime Cosmetics
These are the cosmetics released during the Summer. Some of the cosmetics included in this patch are Beachcomber Taz, Beach Giant, Coach Steven, and Luau Velma. The ringouts animation included as part of this is the Cannonball.
Player First Games created the free-to-play crossover fighting game MultiVersus. Characters from Warner Bros. Discovery, including those from Warner Bros., DC Comics, HBO, Turner Entertainment, and Cartoon Network, appear in the game. The game was released on Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
MultiVersus is a platform fighter in the style of the Super Smash Bros. franchise. Players attempt to knock their opponents outside the arena’s limits, with characters being knocked further away as they receive more damage. The game is mostly played in a 2-vs-2 style, although there are also 1-v-1 and free-for-all modes.
