Microsoft Flight Simulator has been updated to version 1.21.18.0 today by Asobo Studio. You can find out the complete patch notes from here.
This update has fixed some crashes that were occurring across the game, and no we are not talking about the crashes that you might make with an airplane due to a bad landing. As for other fixes, there have been quite a lot of them as outlined in the patch notes given below.
