Gran Turismo 7 update 1.18 patch was released today for PS4 and PS5. You can get the complete patch notes for the update here.
There was a glitch that, when the Honda Sports VGT was chosen as the camera target in Music Replay, would cause the game to collapse. Additionally, each time the settings were viewed, the customizable range and set value of the gear ratio for a particular gear changed. This has been addressed in the new patch.
