Gran Turismo 7 has been updated to version 1.02 today by Polyphony Digital. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update here.
The download size of this new update is roughly 16 GB on PS4 and 8 GB on PS5. It appears to be related to some of the pre-launch fixes that the developers are continuing to work on before it officially releases on March 4. There are no official patch notes available for this update as it is not out yet. The patch notes accessible on the PS4 simply mention that we need to check the official website or in-game news, which is not possible at the moment.
