Ghost of Tsushima has been updated to version 2.15 today by Sucker Punch. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update here.
The update that has been released today by the developers appears to have added new content in the form of a wind shrine. You can find it to the north of Iki Island so you will need to have purchased the new expansion first. Once you locate and complete this shrine, you will be able to gain access to a new DLC that is a collaboration with Horizon Forbidden West.
