Ghost of Tsushima has been updated to version 2.05 today by Sucker Punch. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
From what we know so far, this is mostly for general bug fixes and improvements. There don’t appear to be any major changes included as part of this update. This is released after the major patch for Director’s Cut, which also implemented some gameplay changes on PS4 and PS5.
