Epic Games has updated Fortnite to version 16.40 today on all platforms. You can find out the complete list of changes including patch notes here.
After teaming up with Marvel, Epic Games has turned their eyes to DC and the new update has been datamined to contain Beast Boy skin as part of a Teen Titans collaboration. There might be more additions and other changes including plenty of bug fixes. We have outlined everything in the patch notes given below.
Fortnite Update 3.16 Patch Notes 16.40
Here is the list of bug fixes that might be included in this update.
General
- Replay Mode missing on GeForce Now.
- Stage 4 Style of the Prisoner Outfit doesn’t always show its fire effects.
- Player-built structures have reduced visuals in PC Performance Mode.
- Visual issues on Toon Meowscles and similarly-styled Outfits on certain platforms.
- Stability issues on PC (DX12 beta).
- Cannot create system-level parties between PS5 and PS4 when playing Fortnite.
- Trail color of the Harmonic Axes Pickaxe doesn’t always match the selected Style.
Battle Royale
- Unable to craft Mechanical Bows or Primal Fire Bow in core modes after playing in competitive mode.
- Moving left in the inventory skips the last weapon slot
- Unable to fish while inside certain vehicles.
- Chug Cannon not counting for “Mark weapons of different rarity” Quest.
- Taking damage through cars while in motion.
- Landing at a different location than intended.
- PC audio source does not change in-game source.
- Long-pressing the Inventory Button selects first Craftable item.
- “Hunt Wildlife” Quest not tracking progress properly.
