Final Fantasy XIV update 9.68 is out now for PS4, PS5, and PC. You can get the complete patch notes for this update here.
Since the last major update to the game, there have been a number of known issues that are reported so far. The new patch appears to address some of them including fixing the following: After the instanced combat for the quest “As the Heavens Burn,” NPC Fourchenault’s visual did not appear correctly. Multiple schedules covering the same time period were occasionally conceivable at the Island Sanctuary workshop. When numerous quests for gathering or crafting orders were accepted at the same time by the guildleve, chatting to the NPC displayed the options erroneously and deliveries could not be made.
