Final Fantasy XIV has been updated to version 8.92 today implementing a minor hotfix for the game. Here are the complete patch notes.
This hotfix addresses a minor issue with the game. According to the official changelog, this resolves an issue with the Eternity (Savage) boss which would stop taking action when certain conditions were met. This update shouldn’t be confused with any massive patch. Square Enix had recently released a patch 5.5 Death Unto Dawn for the game that also brought the open beta for the PS5.

・In Eden’s Promise: Eternity (Savage), the boss would cease to take any actions under certain conditions.
