FIFA 21 has been updated to version 1.28 today by EA Sports. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
This is only aimed at some internal storage process according to EA Sports. They shared the details of this update on the official forums. As the new yearly release draws near, EA Sports has also thanked the fans for providing feedback and showed the sign that this might be the last update for the game.
FIFA 21 Update 1.28 Patch Notes 20.1
The latest Title Update is now available for the PC (Origin/Steam) and Stadia versions of FIFA 21, and contains an update to internal data storage processes. This TU will soon be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S versions of FIFA 21.
