F1 2020 has been updated to version 1.18 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The full patch notes for this update can be seen in the changelog given below.
This patch addresses a minor crash that occurred in the career mode. This was related to how the tyre management practice program was implemented in the middle of a save. This should be resolved with the update that has been deployed today. Details can be read below.
