Elden Ring has been updated to version 1.04 today by Bandai Namco. You can get the complete patch notes for this update from here.
A new hotfix has just been deployed for the game that appears to address minor issues. The patch is available on all platforms so this includes the PS4, where the game update is version 1.04 while on the PS5, it is version 01.003.001. Since no official detailed patch notes are available, we have to go with what can be seen in the update history on the PS4.
