Dying Light 2 has been updated to version 1.05 today by Techland. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
This patch has addressed some of the issues with the video preset settings and game stability on PC. The developers are working on getting these fixes out for the consoles as well. They mentioned the following patch notes on Discord.

Hello Survivors! Patch 1.05 for PC is LIVE on Steam and EGS.
