Bandai Namco and Dimps, the developers behind the hit fighting game Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, have announced exciting new content for the game. In a statement released on March 21, the companies revealed details about the 16th free update for the game, which is set to be released on March 23.
The update will feature a range of new content for players to enjoy, including a new Awoken Skill, three Raid Quests, two new costumes and accessories, five Super Souls, seven CC Mascots, and 51 loading screen illustrations. The new Awoken Skill will give players the ability to unlock powerful new abilities for their characters, while the Raid Quests will provide new challenges and rewards.

New DLC Preparation:
- Prepared the game for the arrival of Piccolo (Power Awakening), the second playable character in the “Hero of Justice Pack 2” DLC
In addition to the free update, Bandai Namco and Dimps also announced the upcoming release of the “Hero of Justice Pack 2” DLC. The paid expansion will introduce new Parallel Quests and skills for players to explore, as well as three new playable characters. The second character to be revealed is Piccolo (Power Awakening), a formidable version of Piccolo who has unlocked his full potential through training with Gohan. He will join Orange Piccolo, who was announced earlier as part of the DLC pack. The third and final character has not been disclosed.
Since its release in October 2016, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has sold over seven million copies worldwide. The game is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
