Diablo II Resurrected update 1.17 was released today for PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series. Here are the patch notes for this update.
A new update has launched for the game today that appears to have been live on the PS5 at the least. This patch is more than 5 GB in size and based on the patch notes, it might be related to bug fixes instead of adding new features. Blizzard has released the last major patch for the game at the end of April so this is quite a long time between the two updates.

As of now, there is no official confirmation of the changes that have been implemented in this new patch. Blizzard did release an update to the game adding the Ladder System on April 28. After a large balance patch in early April, the ladder system was the last recorded update for the game.
