Dead by Daylight Update 2.72 Patch Notes: What’s New In January 31 Update

The latest update 2.72 for the game Dead by Daylight has resolved several issues for both Killer and Survivor players. A number of crashes, disconnections, and incorrect notifications have been fixed. Issues related to the performance and animation of various Killers and Survivors during the game have also been resolved.

Some of the key fixes include The Knight no longer breaking an un-dropped pallet, Survivors no longer remaining stuck during chain removal, The Nurse gaining Blink Charge correctly, and accurate Generator progress information being displayed. However, there is still an issue with the Mastermind’s Virulent Bound ability in the Dead Dawg Saloon.

Dead by Daylight version 2.72 comes with several bug fixes and improvements to enhance the player experience. From fixing crashes on exit to updating the copyright year in the intro trailer, the developers have addressed a range of general issues. Custom games now display the correct role to all party members after changing from a Killer to a Survivor, and bots will now correctly hit regular Skill Checks. A number of Killer and Survivor bugs have been fixed, including issues with hit detection, missing or incorrect UI indicators, and unresponsive characters. Despite these improvements, there is still a known issue with the Mastermind character’s ability to go up stairs and vault smoothly.
