This patch addresses a number of issues with the game and improves the overall stability. There are bound to be plenty of gameplay-related changes as the developers are trying to fix the game based on the player feedback that they have received so far. The Steam reviews are mixed so far leaning towards negative so they have a lot of things to fix in time.
