Borderlands 3 update 1.29 was released today for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. You can get the patch notes for the update here.
This small update appears to have been released out of nowhere. There are no mentioned patch notes for this update aside from the PS4 changelog listing bug fixes as one of them so we don’t really have much to go on here. Although the changes that were seen on the Steam Database appear to suggest this is mainly an update to bring more Gearbox ads to the game so don’t expect anything major.

There doesn’t appear to be anything that required fixing according to the Gearbox Support page, however, there are still issues with the game that need to be addressed. Sadly, this update won’t resolve it as it has a small size and doesn’t appear to bring anything substantial.
