Borderlands 3 update 1.28 was released today for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. You can get the complete patch notes here.
Crossplay support for Borderlands 3 is finally a reality with this new patch for the game. Other changes include various fixes for performance and stability and improvements and other game crashing bugs that were reported by the players including one related to the Director’s Cut. - [PlayStation® Only] Fixed a reported issue with Director’s Cut Behind-the-Scenes videos not playing correctly
- Various crossplay fixes
- Fixed a reported issue with the ECHO menu map not showing correctly on ultrawide screens
- Various performance and stability improvements
The game has also received support for variable refresh rate which should help with an uneven performance if you are having issues with running the game at locked 60 FPS. You just need to download the latest update to enable it.
