Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update 1.34 was released today for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. You can get the patch notes here.
Since there are no official patch notes available for this update, we only have the information from users who have played the game with the new patch. In this case, there appear to be new prestige levels that have been added to the game ahead of the launch of the new season 5. It is also possible that there will be balance adjustments and bug fixes implemented as part of this patch.

The primary antagonist in Call of Duty: Ghosts is Gabriel T. Rorke. He once led the Ghosts until being turned against them, allowing the Federation to occupy the United States. Seraph Zhen-Zhen was originally featured as a playable Specialist in Black Ops III. She is completely dedicated to carrying on her father’s legacy by advocating the 54 Immortals’ goals.
