Ark Survival Evolved has been updated to version 2.57 today on June 3rd. The full patch notes for this update can be seen below.
From what we know so far about the new Ark update, it appears to deal with the live event Genesis Part 2. This patch should have led to the end of the live event on all platforms. As for the patch notes, they are only available for the last couple of updates including PS4, Xbox One, and PC. They simply mention that an exploit is fixed.
“Genesis Part 2 is currently finishing the automated certification process. We expect that process to be complete in the early morning, so we’ll be launching simultaneously on all platforms at 8 AM Eastern June 3rd. Thank you for your patience and support. It will be worth it, ” reads a tweet from the developers.
