Alan Wake Remastered has been updated to version 1.02 today by Remedy Entertainment. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
The day one patch for AW Remastered requires you to download approximately 25 GB of data. This mainly includes minor fixes and general improvements. As for the patch size, it is possible that once the game launches, it is reduced. This applies to the PS4 version of the game.
