XR Games and Sony Pictures VR (SPVR) today announced the launch of a reimagined version of the popular VR arcade light gun style shooter, Zombieland: Headshot Fever. This premium version of the game will be available as a PlayStation®VR2 launch title and has been rebuilt to take full advantage of the PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®VR2 hardware.
The game features a new cel-shaded art style, updated character models, improved animations, advanced lighting, ragdoll physics, re-composed music, and a completely redesigned progression system. Additionally, players can expect a new story level, three remix levels, Gun Range challenges, new guns, perks, and gun skins.
Exclusive to the PlayStation®VR2, Zombieland: Headshot Fever Reloaded will also include adaptive triggers, controller haptics, headset rumble, and eye-tracking support for foveated rendering. These features are designed to increase the level of immersion for players and provide a more exciting and engaging experience.
