Those who have pre-ordered a digital copy of the game can pre-load the game on Xbox platforms starting today on January 6, 2024. The digital pre-load should come with the latest update pre-installed, However, given that the pre-load has arrived around over two weeks prior to the game’s release on January 26, 2024, it’s possible that some additional updates may be rolled out before launch.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth serves as the ninth mainline installment in the Yakuza series. It is a direct sequel to Yakuza: Like a Dragon (2020) and the spin-off title Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name (2023).
