Ubisoft Plus might be heading to Xbox soon with an announcement that can be planned during the upcoming Gamescom. An official listing has been spotted on Microsoft Store.
The listing was discovered by a Twitter account that has been known to share information from the Microsoft Store in the past. The account simply shared an image of Ubisoft Plus hinting that an announcement might be due soon for the service coming to the Xbox Store. It is already available on PC but Ubisoft is also bringing it to consoles including the Xbox and PlayStation.
It has been rumored in the past that the service might be available as part of the perks for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since EA also offers EA Access to all Xbox Game Pass subscribers, however, this might not be the case since there hasn’t been any official confirmation of this rumor so far.
As for the launch date of Ubisoft Plus, it has been officially reported as coming soon in 2022, so based on this new leak, it should get an announcement during Gamescom which is happening later this month.
There are more than 100 games available on the Ubisoft+ subscription service on PC. Since it has never made its way to consoles, we don’t have an idea of the number of games that will be available on it. However, it can cover most of the major Ubisoft games including titles for the Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed, and Tom Clancy series.
