A secret playable character featured in Warner Bros Games and Rocksteady Studios’ upcoming action adventure game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, may have been revealed.
Twitter user Miller Ross has claimed that there is a major feature major feature that has been held back almost completely from the marketing for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. He further stated that the feature brings great opportunity for fan service and “amazing” gameplay potential.
He didn’t mention what the feature exactly is, as he didn’t want to spoil it for fans, but he did state that it’s possible that it may be present in the game’s upcoming Closed Alpha. He explained that players won’t have access to this feature until later in the campaign, but it’s possible that Rocksteady Studios may have enabled it in the Alpha for testing/hype purposes, as it will play a major role in the end-game.
Furthermore, Ross mentioned that, from what he could tell, Killer Croc will be featured in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League as a secret playable character. He added that he has spotted three characters that he believes will be included in the game post-launch.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games. It is set to release on February 2, 2024, for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. It is set five years after the events of Batman: Arkham Knight. It marks a departure from the series norm as Batman is not the main protagonist. However, the character still makes an appearance, posthumously voiced by Kevin Conroy in his final performance as Batman. The storyline focuses on the Suicide Squad, a team of super-criminals assembled by Amanda Waller. Their mission is to stop the alien invader Brainiac in Metropolis and save the Justice League members who have been brainwashed by him.
