The day one update for Sony Interactive Entertainment and Shift Up’s upcoming action adventure game, Stellar Blade, has added a New Game Plus mode and removed some unintended graffiti.
While the official patch notes for the Stellar Blade day one update are not yet available, it mainly seems to feature the previously confirmed New Game Plus mode as well as the removal of graffiti that had some offensive text sprayed on an in-game wall. It’s possible that the update also addresses some known bugs and brings some further stability to performance.

A comparison between the in-game wall featuring the offensive graffiti prior to the day one update (top) and the same wall after the update installed (bottom) can be seen below. The offensive text reads, “HARD R SHOP”.
Stellar Blade will feature a wide selection of suits for players to choose from, one of which is a NSFW suit called Skin Suit. It is stated in the equipment menu that there is a penalty for equipping this suit. Those who wish to play the game with the Skin Suit equipped will need to prepare themselves for a more challenging gameplay experience, as the protagonist will no longer have a shield. This, in turn, means that she’ll take instant damage when getting hit.
The Skin Suit’s accompanied details read, “Skin suits ore outfits specially crafted by Mother Sphere. It covers the body of the Airborne Squad Member and deploys on its own. or expands and contracts depending on the situation. In other words, its like o living skin. (Shield is disabled when you put on this Skin Suit.)” Another suit available in the game is the Racer’s High, which is part of the the ‘Exotic Sense’ collection designed by Tetrastar C&T’s lead designer “Galaxy” Alan. It’s said that the embedded nano elements are loaded with a malicious code that is like some kind of electronic drug that boosts enhanced speed.
