Microsoft Renegotiated Indiana Jones Game License Terms With Disney To Make It Xbox/PC Exclusive

Microsoft had reportedly renegotiated the Indiana Jones game’s license terms with Disney in order to make it Xbox/PC exclusive after acquiring Bethesda.

stated that, with Xbox still being one of the bigger marketplaces for games, Disney didn’t feel like the Indiana Jones game would end up being  overly exclusionary. He felt that the game would still reach a broad set of gaming audiences, and also felt that, at the time, it made sense from a financial and strategic perspective.

Earlier, it was reported that Microsoft and MachineGames’ Indiana Jones title is being developed using Unreal Engine. This is according to a recent job opening for the position of Lead Level Designer, which required candidates to have some experience with the Unreal Level Editor.
