Limited Run Games has announced the pre-order for the physical version of Kung Fury: Street Rage – Ultimate Edition, a side-scrolling beat ‘em up game played from a 2D perspective for consoles and PC. Fans of the cult-hit Kung Fury film by Laser Unicorn can add it to their wishlists now, and the pre-order for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 will begin on March 17. For those who can’t wait, the digital edition is already available for download on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox, and PC. Nintendo Switch versions will be available in Europe and Australia today, in North America on March 20th, and in Asia on March 23rd.
Kung Fury: Street Rage – Ultimate Edition features the favorite Kung Fury characters including Kung Fury, Hackerman, and David Hasselhoff, and lets players unleash their inner fighter on some Nazi fools in an epic side-scrolling beat ‘em up. The game comes complete with two modes of play – a classic wave-based story mode and an endless mode, along with the expansions The Arcade Strikes Back and A Day at the Beach which introduce a brand new beat ‘em up adventure featuring a 2-player co-op mode with all-new levels and boss battles.
Developed by Hello There Games, Kung Fury: Street Rage – Ultimate Edition allows players to control one of five playable characters, each with a unique set of moves and abilities. Players can pound and pummel their way through waves of enemies, collecting and unleashing various power-ups and weapons found throughout each level.
For those who love physical editions, the Limited Run Games pre-order will include a region-free Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 copy of Kung Fury: Street Rage – Ultimate Edition Soundtrack and Game Bundle. The bundle also includes Stereo Sound Music inspired by David Hasselhoff, pro tips from Hackerman in the Hackademy Practice, and more.
