Jurassic World Evolution 2 Unleashes New Cretaceous Predator Pack

JoelBy JoelNovember 23, 2023No Comments2 Mins Read

Frontier Developments plc, in partnership with Universal Products & Experiences, has announced the launch of a thrilling new expansion for the popular game Jurassic World Evolution 2. Titled the “Cretaceous Predator Pack,” this latest downloadable content (PDLC) is set to be released on November 30th, available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms, priced at £5.99/$7.99/€7.99.

The Cretaceous Predator Pack promises to enhance the gaming experience by introducing four formidable dinosaur species from the Cretaceous period. These species include the Gigantoraptor, Concavenator, Utahraptor, and Tarbosaurus, each bringing unique characteristics and challenges to the game. The Gigantoraptor, known for its speed and agility, and the Utahraptor, with its intimidating presence, are set to become fan favorites. The Tarbosaurus, inspired by the Netflix interactive special “Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous: Hidden Adventure,” requires careful handling due to its powerful nature.

In addition to these new creatures, the pack is released alongside a free update offering new features and enhancements for all players. This includes five new variants for existing dinosaur species, such as the Brachiosaurus and Allosaurus, along with fresh decorations and sandbox mode layouts.

To access the Cretaceous Predator Pack and the free update, players must have the Jurassic World Evolution 2 base game. The base game is available on various platforms, including PC and consoles, and is also accessible through Xbox Game Pass.

Jurassic World Evolution 2, the sequel to the successful Jurassic World Evolution, continues to captivate players with its immersive management simulation gameplay. The game offers a new narrative campaign, stunning dinosaurs, and expanded customization options, making it a must-play for fans of the franchise.

Frontier Developments, established by David Braben, is known for creating innovative and genre-leading games using its proprietary COBRA technology. The company’s collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences highlights its commitment to delivering high-quality gaming experiences.

The Jurassic World franchise, valued at $6 billion, has been a significant player in the entertainment industry, presenting a world where dinosaurs and humans coexist. The franchise extends beyond films, offering a universe of adventure and exploration for fans of all ages.
